Our Story
Founded in 2024, CertSync was born out of a simple observation: too many teams still manage worker credentials, contractor evidence and expiry dates across spreadsheets, inboxes and shared folders.
We built CertSync to give businesses a central register for the records they already rely on: licences, permits, SWMS, inductions, insurance documents, training evidence and renewal dates.
CertSync does not provide WHS, legal or regulatory advice and does not guarantee compliance. It helps teams organise, track and produce the records that support their own compliance processes.
